Refund policy

Custom installations and made-to-order arrangements are non-refundable once a deposit has been collected, due to the made-to-order nature of the work and the materials sourced specifically for your event.

Stock items purchased through our online shop may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receipt.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for replacement or refund.
